Beukenhof Restaurant is family dining restaurant features European menu. It is located in Ullen Sentalu Museum, Kaliurang, Jogjakarta.

PASTRY LINE COOK - BEUKENHOF RESTAURANT

Responsibilities:

Responsible for pastry and kitchen organization

Receive direction from Executive Chef

Prepares pastry and food in the kitchen

Cooks good for large events or special occasions

Works one or more kitchen stations including pastry, grill, boil or fry

Responsible for garnishing and artistic elements during meal preparation

Check quantity and quality of stock received and notify Executive Chef of deficiencies

Maintain records of stock and orders items as required. Ensure that adequate stocks of food are maintained (fresh, frozen and dried)

Requirements:

Male / Female

Max. 35 years old

2+ years experience in a pastry professional kitchen (international class hotel)

Have knowledge of ingredients and how to use them in a creative way to serve and maintain the food quality as requested by Beukenhof

Understanding of food safety, equipment safety and sanitation regulations

Positive attitude, excellent memory and ability to multi-task

Ability to follow direction, work on team and pay close attention to detail

Ability to handle stress well

Time management skills

Willing to work in hillside atmosphere
